We all need help from time to time. Whether it’s trauma, loss, addiction, a mental health crisis, abuse, financial support or just need to talk to someone, we at COM are always here for you, but there are lots of other charities and organisations that can give specialised support to help you get through life’s ups and downs.

Galations 6:2 says we should “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfil the law of Christ” You don’t have to do life alone, we were designed to do it together! So if you’re feeling like you’re in a rough spot and need someone to help you out of it, please reach out.

Mind BLMK Crisis Cafés and Recovery Lounges are safe, free, drop-in evening spaces for adults (18+) experiencing mental health distress or crisis, offering one-to-one support from trained workers. No appointment or referral is needed.

Christians Against Poverty provide free professional debt help, job clubs, life skills groups and money education in the heart of communities. All services are delivered face-to-face through local churches, which means you’ll receive both the practical and emotional support you need on your journey.
